As I’m recording this, we are just ten days away from Emme’s wedding (cue all the happy tears and chaos 😅). And let’s just say… my nervous system has had a lot of practice lately staying grounded and peaceful! Between my acid peel (what was I thinking?), a full closet overhaul, rewriting our business guidebook, and even starting English horseback riding lessons — it’s been a wild couple of weeks.
But here’s what I’ve noticed: many of these things have actually been helping me regulate. They’re creative, grounding, and keep me present — and that’s what we’re talking about today: how to calm your nervous system and come back to peace, no matter what’s happening around you.
